Building a Legacy
Brilliant MindZ DayCare was born from a deep love for children and a lifelong commitment to nurturing their growth. Founded by Ebony Vincent, a certified Behavior Specialist with over 15 years of hands-on childcare experience, Brilliant MindZ began as a vision to create a space where every child—regardless of ability, background, or learning style—feels welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
What started as a small in-home daycare has grown into a thriving early learning environment grounded in patience, positivity, and purpose. Ebony’s gentle nature, combined with her focus on inclusion and emotional development, has shaped a program that goes beyond basic care. At Brilliant MindZ, children are encouraged to explore their world, express their creativity, and develop the confidence to be themselves.
